WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Mi Amora are committed to providing the best quality products and service is extremely important to us. If you are not completely satisfied, please return the goods to us, unused and in the original packaging, within 28 days and we will happily provide a refund or alternatively, exchange the item accordingly. Please note all returned items need to be returned unworn.
Regrettably, delivery charges for the original order will not be refunded. Any items returned that arrive damaged or become lost, will not be credited. We will only refund return/exchange postage costs if the item returned is faulty.

HOW CAN I FIND OUT MORE ON A PRODUCT?

We include as much information as possible about a product on the website page itself. Usually more detailed information can be offered if you email us at manager@miamora.co.uk. Please remember to provide the name and code of the product you need more information on and we will aim to answer your query as quickly as possible.

Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

Each item you order from Silver by Mail is sent to you enclosed in a complimentary, exclusive gift box at no extra charge, meaning a hassle free way of sending the perfect gift.

The item I want is out of stock can I pre-order it?

If there is an item appearing as out of stock we can give you an approximate restock date please email us at manager@miamora.co.uk. We will then notify you when it comes back into stock.
